What we Treat

Injury Rehabilitation

Sprains and Strains Ligament sprains and muscle strains from overuse or sudden movements. Fractures and Dislocations Post-surgical or non-surgical rehab to restore strength and mobility. Tendonitis and Tendinopathy Inflammation or degeneration of tendons (e.g., Achilles tendonitis, patellar tendinopathy). Ligament Injuries ACL, MCL, and other knee ligament injuries requiring rehab or pre/post-surgery treatment. Meniscus Tears Rehabilitation to restore knee stability and function. Chronic Back and Neck Pain Often correlated with postural deficits, muscle imbalances, or impact injuries. Bursitis Inflammation of fluid-filled sacs (bursa) in joints, often seen in shoulders, hips, and knees.

Performance Enhancement & Injury Prevention

Biomechanical Assessments Analyzing movement patterns to improve efficiency and reduce injury risk. Strength & Conditioning Customized exercise programs to improve strength, power, and endurance. Flexibility & Mobility Training Targeted stretching and mobility work to enhance range of motion. Proprioception & Balance Training Improves coordination and prevents re-injury. Gait & Running Analysis For optimizing running mechanics and reducing impact stress.

Post-Operative Rehabilitation

ACL Reconstruction Progressive strengthening and mobility work after surgery. Rotator Cuff Repair Gradual return to sport after shoulder repair. Meniscus Repair/Meniscectomy Restoring knee stability and function. Labral Repair Common in the hip or shoulder from overuse or trauma. Spine Microdiscectomy, Disc Replacement, Laminectomy, Spine fusions.

Neuromuscular & Concussion Management

Concussion Rehabilitation Helping athletes recover from head trauma through vestibular therapy, balance training, and cognitive exercises. Spine or Nerve-Related Injuries (e.g., Stingers, Sciatica) Addressing nerve impingements, disc herniations, or damage that affect mobility and function.
